The LCN - Middle School Earth Swim team is designed to give middle school students an opportunity to compete on a Middle School swim team. The team competes against other teams from Macomb and St. Clair Counties. The season will last six to seven weeks and will culminate with a Championship meet. Championship meets will be decided prior to the beginning of every season and will be posted accordingly. There will be separate Championship Meets, a Championship meet(s) for 6th grade and a Championship meet(s) for 7th & 8th grade.

Joining the team is completely optional, as well as competing in the swim meets. This program is designed with two purposes:

1. to give the students an opportunity to try the sport of swimming at a reasonable cost;

2. to try and push swimmers with competitive experience to excel further.
