Fitter & Faster Swim Camp at LCN - April 13 & 14, 2024

I am excited to announce we will be welcoming back our friends from Fitter & Faster for a Fast Butterfly and Breaststroke Technique Camp that will start on April 13 & 14.

As the hosts we have the first opportunity to sign up for this camp. I would recommend signing up today to make sure your swimmer(s) have a spot at the camp!

There will be two sessions each day, one for swimmers 12 & under the other for 13 & over. The curriculum each day will be: 

April 13:

• Fast Breaststroke Technique
